MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)
Hiring BookMyInterview.online For the services of Career Counselling, Advisory Services
And job assistance services for India, gulf & Middle East countries, Europe, Canada, Australia etc.
This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered and executed by and between:
RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) is a brand of M R GLOBAL SERVICES (MGS), a Proprietorship Company
registered under the provisions of the KMC Act, 1980, having its Registered office situated at 19C/2 Tilajala Shibtala Lane Kolkata 700039 & Corporate office situated at 61A, Tiljala Masjid Bari Lane Kolkata 700039, (hereinafter to be referred to as “MGS – RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) ”), which expression shall include its executors, administrators and assigns of the First Party / Personal Agent / Job Finder;
And

for the Post of (hereinafter to be
referred to as “Principal / Job Seeker / Person”), which expression shall include its executors, administrators and
assigns of the Second Party / Job Seeker;
An entity offering to provide, employment in any country or place outside India on behalf of Employer. It is required that prospective applicants get themselves registered with Overseas Employment Division of MEA. Once registration is approved by MEA the applicants are eligible to offer employment to Indian citizens through eMigrate shall be referred as to the “Recruiting Agent (RA)” and individually be referred as “Employer / Job Provider / 3rd Party” where the context permits.
Company / Brand / Employment Agency / Manpower Supplier / Recruitment Agency of the Gulf & Middle East Countries shall collectively be referred as to the “Employers / Job Providers / 4th Party” and individually be referred as “Employer / Job Provider” where the context permits.
Government / MOIA / Labour Court of India and Employer Country`s shall collectively be referred as to the “Government / Authority Department / 5th Party”
WHEREAS MGS Regional has established independent network of franchised / branched offices in the city
at Location & completed address (“Mgs Branches / Franchised Network”);
1 ) HOW TO GET JOB IN GULF COUNTRIES / HOW THIS PROCESS WORKS ?
AND WHEREAS the BookMyInterview.online Describe the work is done as step wise STEP1) Employer of Gulf /
Middle east / Aboard / Overseas Countries hire RA to find out the employee for them and RA directly or with his associate partners conduct a face to face (F2F) interview in any city at Hotel / Institute / College / Training Centres / Test Centres / Offices / with legal permission of POE (Protector Of Emigrates).
STEP 2) Your Agent/ BookMyInterview.online search the job vacancies through online /offline/personal contacts/etc and then will inform you about the upcoming interviews / vacancies though all valid channels / medium.
STEP 3) A) after the interview if you are selected then submit your passport to the Employer/ RA / RA Partners at the time of interview at venue otherwise don’t submit the passport anywhere without my (PERSONAL AGENT / JOB FINDER) confirmation/approval. B) At the time of interview you may get your offer letter / contract paper on time or it may be at the time of flight from RA/RA Partners offices or in between any point of time it vary company to company policies. C) Clear everything about your salary, designation, duty hour, over time, accommodation, foods, medical everything at the time of interview from your client or RA/RA`s Associate Partner. D) Before signing any documents read it carefully or confirm it from your RA/RA`s Associate Partners or from client at the time of interview at venue or take advise from your parents/relatives or from me on call.
STEP 4) After you got selected you go for medical process either GAMCA for KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Abu Dhabi etc or Normal Medical for Dubai , Qatar etc.
STEP5) A) PAYMENT PROCESS FOR GULF /MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES : If your medical report is FIT then
you have to deposit 50% of the said service charge ( definition of services will be explained below ) and remaining
50% will be paid after getting visa within 3-5 days. * don’t forget to take payment receipt from us. After full and final payment done you will get air tickets / confirmation or you get air ticket with visa it may differ from company to company.
B) PAYMENT PROCESS FOR JOBS IN INDIA : If you are selected at interview/direct or any way then after
joining of the company you shall pay the services charge to RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) within 7 days of joining. If fail then job finder is laible to take legal action against job seeker. NOTE : After joining the employer, employer & labour department / government authority will be responsible and if any rights of employee violate the employer & labour department / government authority will be lliable & responsible to fix it not RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) ,But BookMyInterview.online will be with the job seeker to help them & guide them accordingly for legal process.
STEP6) After getting visa copy and air ticket / or ticket confirmation you need to contact RA/RA Partners office directly on the given date & time by the RA/RA Partners in most of the cases Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata or any city of India and collect all documents from there and take flight reach your destiny.
2) CV SELECTION /DRECT SELECTION/TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW PROCESS:
There are 3 way to get job through this process 1) BookMyInterview.onlinewill inform you as informed like F2F interview details.
Your Profile will be sent to approx 1450 RA by Rabbani Agent International for getting job as job seeker want.
Your Profile will be sent to among approx 18300 RA/RA PARTNERS/EMPLOYER of gulf /Middle east/Singapore etc countries by BookMyInterview.onlinefor getting job as job seeker want.
**** in this process job seeker shall pay the security money Rs 10,000/- or as per discussed and if job not get within 30-45 days then it will be refundable within 7-9 days and if job get successfully then it will adjusted i services charge/final payment.
(A) SERVICES CHARGE of RA/RA PARTNERS/OFFICES : Services charge means the amount you have to
pay your RA/RA Partners office which will be informed you before interview or selection process including your personal agent / BookMyInterview.online service fee from Rs 5,000/- TO 20,000/- (Five Thousand to Twenty Thousand) only it is depend on the projects details, In all mode of selection F2F / CV Selection Direct Selection (Will be explain below), Excluding Medical Expenses, Travel Expenses for Flight etc.
(B) SERVICES CHARGE of RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS): your personal agent / Rabbani`s International
service fee from Rs 5,000/- to 20,000/- (Five Thousand to Twenty Thousand) for gulf countries & 5-40K for non gulf countries only it is depend on the projects details, In all mode of selection F2F / CV Selection Direct Selection (Will be explain below), Excluding Medical Expenses, Travel Expenses for Flight etc.
(C)CONSENT / AUTHORISATION OF PAYING MONEY/CARRYING MY MEDICAL REPORT ETC : I , Job
Seeker , permit/authorise/ giving consent to my personal BookMyInterview.online`s to take payment from me and pay it to the RA/RA Partners on behalf of me as my personal agent and carry my original or Xerox documents if needed to submit at RA/RA Partners or to send me through directly or courier or keep it at his office if needed to submit or send/return to me back.
CONSENT / AUTHORISATION OF CARRYING MY ORIGINAL / XEROX PASSPORT : I , Job Seeker ,
permit/authorise/ giving consent to my personal BookMyInterview.online`s to take/ carry / keep my original / Xerox Pasport/PCC from me and submit it to the RA/RA Partners or for medical purpose on behalf of me as my personal agent and carry my original or Xerox Passport if needed to submit at RA/RA Partners or to send me through directly or courier or keep it at his office if needed to submit or send/return to me back.
REFUND POLICY & TIME ESTIMATION: After medical done you need to wait from 10 days to 110 days
(maximum 3.6 months) for the visa, air ticket & deployment / estimated time of deployment of the candidate after medical done is 10-105 days & flight will be from Mumbai or anywhere from India. If the work not done completed successfully or not get visa with in the said period of time then you will get refund your security money back within 7 – 9 days of the expiration of time. In this case you will get only deposited security money and medical expenses loss born by you it is not refundable in any circumstances.
5)CANCELLATION / DAMAGE CHARGES & PROCESS:
AND WHEREAS I, JOB SEEKER hereby indemnity and declare that after the selection / issue of my visa/ after medical done & proceed further if i am not travelling to country of employment for any reason i will be liable to pay the penalty charges of Rs 30,000/- or it may declare by the RA/RA PARTNER as a visa damage charge, cancellation charges , including service charges of RA/RA PARTNER, Air Ticket damage charges if booked, and i will pay the service charge of my BookMyInterview.online`s minimum RS 5,000/- & wait till the procedure of cancellation will be completed from the authorities /RA/RA PARTNER.
Disclaimer / Acceptance by Job Finder / BookMyInterview.online& Job Seeker : (1) I, job seeker, hereby solemnly affirm as under that the documents are submitted by me for interview at interview place is genuine and true. (2) That i know and confirm that BookMyInterview.onlineis the brand of M R Global Services (MGS) and it is a sole proprietor ship company. (3) M R Global Services (MGS)/RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) is not a recruitment agent / 1000+ License holder / Sub Agent/Agent of any RA/RA PARTNER or other agency / Overseas Man power Consultant / Sub agent or any license holder by MOIA. (4) M R Global Services (MGS)/RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) is a advisor / Career Counsellor / Job Finder in India & Gulf/Midde East Countries / job finder/Personal Professional Agent (PPA) of individual to cater his need of services. (5) That I, Job Seeker, do not
have any legal oblige or criminal proceeding against me in any court of law in India. (6) That I, Job Seeker, Hiring BookMyInterview.online For the services of Career Counselling , Advisory Services & job finding, in gulf & Middle East countries with the consent of mine / my family.(7) that I, Job Seeker, hereby declare that i will be fully responsible, if i resign my current ob in India after applying for the overseas employment. (8) I do here by agree that M R Global Services is not responsible for the security of my original document if the same are misplace
by the RA/Office/ Courier.
Guarantee / Responsibilities of Job Finder / BookMyInterview.online 1) Money back guarantee if any payment done in advance for the visa process to RA/RA PARTNER, if work is not done successfully or game fail due to any reasons by the employer/RA/RA PARTNERS 2) Work will be done through legal parameters and under laws of the government of India/MOIA/POE. 3) Work will be done though Employment visa only as your personal BookMyInterview.online`s will never allow you to go abroad in visit/Tourist visa 4) BookMyInterview.online will never allow you to go in any black listed company which is not allowed by the government of India/MOIA/POE etc 5) BookMyInterview.online will never allow you to go directly to the employer through without any Registered RA. 6) Terms & conditions of RA/RA PARTNERS Office will be applicable through which work is done. 7) Recruitment Agent (RA) RA PARTNERS /EMPLOYER /GOVERNEMENT AUTHORITIES and MOIA will be the responsible for everything and taking care the job seeker and will be the responsible if anything happen wrong with the job Seeker / Candidate after join the company, MGS/ RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) INTERNAIONAL is not responsible for inconvenience/incident/accident/ happen with the job seekers after reaching / joining the employer but as the personal agent of job seeker BookMyInterview.onlineal ways will be with the job seeker/candidate to solve the problem, but not the responsible. * If any dispute happen with MGS/ RABBANI`S IMMIGRATION SERVICES (RIS) then candidate suit case in the court of law in Kolkata jurisdiction only.
TERMINATION: This MOU will be terminated after the successfully completion of the contract of job seeker with employer or any final action taken by the job seeker after reaching the employer or on our mutual understanding.
GOVERNING LAW: This MOU/Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of India.
14) JURISDICTION: For all purposes competent Courts here in Kolkata will have jurisdiction to deal with any disputes that may arise on account of violations of the covenants stipulated in this MOU/AGREEMENT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement in the presence of witnesses on the day, month and year first above mentioned.
