1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Referral Partner will refer candidates to the Company for overseas job placement in Gulf, Asian, and European countries.

2. Referral Fee & Profit Sharing

Gulf & Asian Countries (e.g. UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Malaysia, etc.)₹5,000 per candidate

Europe (e.g. Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, etc.)₹10,000 per candidate

• A candidate is considered “successfully placed” once they board the flight and land in the destination country for employment arranged by the Company.

3. Payment Settlement Timeline

• Payments for successful referrals shall be calculated from 1st to 30th/31st of each calendar month.

• The settlement and payout shall be processed between 1st and 15th of the following month.

• All payments shall be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any mutually agreed mode.

4. Responsibilities of the Referral Partner

• Refer genuine and qualified candidates suitable for job roles offered by the Company.

• Ensure candidates have correct documentation.

• Avoid fraudulent or misleading representations to candidates.

• Maintain confidentiality of business terms and processes.

5. Responsibilities of the Company

• Provide updated job listings and visa categories regularly.

• Process and coordinate candidate applications fairly.

• Ensure timely flight and placement arrangements.

• Make timely payments to the Referral Partner as per clause 3.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all terms of this agreement and business information confidential.

7. Term & Termination

• This agreement shall remain in force until terminated by either party with 15 days written notice.

• The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately in case of fraud or misconduct by the Referral Partner.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If not resolved, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
