  • Validity: Usually 12 months (24 months for UK citizens).
  • Age Limit: Generally between 18-30 years old (up to 35 for some countries).
  • Eligible Countries: This visa is only available to certain countries, including Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and others. Each country has a quota, so applying early is recommended.
  • Cost: Approximately NZD $245 (may vary by country).
  • Documents Required:
    • A valid passport.
    • Proof of sufficient funds (about NZD $4,200).
    • Travel insurance for the duration of your stay.
    • Return flight ticket or proof of funds to purchase one.
