1. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will assist the Candidate in securing domestic employment in India.

2. Registration Fee

The Candidate shall pay a refundable registration fee of ₹500 at the time of signing this agreement/purchase this product online , it is refunbdable if you did not get a job within 30 days.

Registration does not guarantee immediate job placement, but ensures the Candidate's profile is added to our database and made eligible for matching.

3. Service Charges (Post-Placement)

Upon successful job placement, the Candidate agrees to pay a service fee as decided based on the salary offered.

The total fee will be divided into 12 equal monthly installments (EMIs).

The Candidate will provide 12 post-dated cheques (PDCs) in advance, to be enchased monthly starting one month after joining the job.

4. Job Placement Terms

Job roles are offered based on Candidate's profile, experience, and market demand.

The Service Provider will share suitable job opportunities and coordinate interviews.

Selection, joining, and continuation of the job are subject to the employer’s terms and conditions.

5. Candidate’s Responsibility

Provide accurate information, documents, and cooperate during the placement process.

Attend interviews scheduled by the Service Provider and maintain proper conduct.

Inform the Service Provider in writing once joined or if any offer is declined.

6. Refund Policy

Registration fee is non-refundable.

If the Candidate fails to join after selection or defaults on EMI payments, the full balance amount shall become due immediately.

7. Confidentiality & Compliance

All information shared between both parties will be kept confidential.

Any misuse or misrepresentation of the placement process will result in termination of services.

8. Termination Clause

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services if the Candidate provides false documents, misbehaves, or defaults on payment.

Upon termination, all remaining EMIs will be treated as immediately payable.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of India.

In case of dispute, the jurisdiction shall lie in the courts of ______________ (Your city).
