Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

a. If Work Permit is not issued in the said time of 120 working days then deposited advance payment ( 550 EUR / RS 50,000 ) will be refundable without any deduction. 

b. If work permit received & Visa is refused by the Embassy then, Funds may only be refunded if an official written confirmation of visa refusal is provided by the embassy, explicitly stating that the reason for refusal is document falsification.
c. Even with such confirmation, each case is subject to personal discussion and review.
d. A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the specific circumstances and at the company's discretion after a case evaluation.

e. 600 EUR / RS 55,000/- will be refunded in any circumstances. 
f. Refund will be initiated within 30 days of the final decision taken by both parties mutually.

Services Agreement - Part1

 This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on _______________________ by and between "Rabbani`s Placement & Education Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd", Address: Reg Off: 19C/2 Tiljala Shibtala Lane, Kolkata 700039 , Corp Off : 61A, Tiljala Masjid Bari Lane, Kolkata 700039, hereinafter referred to as the ("Company A"), and ______________________________ Holding Passport No ____________________________ S/W/D of____________________________ Resident of _________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________ , hereinafter referred to as the ("Customer B"), do hereby understand the Legal Disclaimer Of Rabbani`s Placement & Education Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is that, Rabbani`s Placement & Education Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is not Recruiting Agency (RA) authorized by MEA, it is India`s Trusted Interview Aggregator & Personal Career Consultant & Advisor. I hire Rabbani`s Placement & Education Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd as my personal career councilor & advisor to assist & help me to get work permit for Europe countries. Also, I agree that Company A provides informational services in the field of career counseling & advisory services, career abroad, including information about career guidance, job searching process & assistance, job vacancies, working conditions, living conditions, cultural information, among others, and wishes to provide such services to Customer B; and considering that Customer B wishes to receive such informational services from Company A in the interests of himself / its clients etc.

 

Provision of Services:

 

Company A undertakes to provide informational services in the field of career & education abroad to Customer B. The services provided by Company A include: a. Providing Customer B with the necessary information about job vacancies, working conditions, living conditions, and cultural information, etc among others. b. Providing consulting services to Customer B or his clients on matters of career & education. c. Other services as agreed upon by the parties.

 

Confidentiality:

 

Company A agrees to keep confidential any information that it may receive from Customer B in connection with the provision of services hereunder. Customer B agrees to keep confidential any information that it may receive from Company A in connection with this Agreement. Confidential information includes any information that: a. when communicating, it was clearly characterized as representing a commercial secret or marked "Confidential"; b. is not publicly available through the media and communications; c. is of commercial interest to third parties or may give the latter a competitive advantage.

 

Processing Time & other Terms & Conditions :

 

Processing Time for Work Permit Approval : 2-4 months. Renewal of WP / Visa / TRC etc depend on company & employee mutual understanding. VFS / Embassy Appointment date is depend on the date availability, must wait for the date.

 

Cost of services and procedure of payment

 

The amount and procedure for payment for the services are as follows: Payment in EURO/INR

 

PACKAGE PRICE : RS 5,00,000/-

 

PAYMENT DETAILS PAY IN INDIA : RS 2,00,000/-

 

PAY AFTER JOININIG : RS 3,00,000/-

 

PAY IN 12 EMI : RS 25,000/-

 

PAY IN 24 EMI : RS 12,500/-

 

PAYMENT PROCESS

 

ADVANCE FOR WORK PERMIT : RS 50,000/-

 

AFTER APPROVAL SOFT COPY : RS 50,000/-

 

AFTER ORIGINAL HARD COPY : RS 50,000/-

 

AFTER APPOINTMENT : Nil

 

AFTER VISA STAMP : RS 50,000/-

 

TOTAL PAY IN INDIA : RS 2,00,000/- P

 

ACKAGE INCLUDES : WORK PERMIT, VISA FEE, EMBASSY FEE, PCC APPLICATION, MEDICAL INSURANCE, AIR TICKET.

 

Refund Policy:

 

a. If Work Permit is not issued in the said time of 120 working days then deposited advance payment RS 50,000/- will be refundable without any deduction.

 

b. If work permit received & Visa is refused by the Embassy then, Funds may only be refunded if an official written confirmation of visa refusal is provided by the embassy, explicitly stating that the reason for refusal is document falsification. or as per the offer, pricing plan & details given before starting the process.

 

c. Even with such confirmation, each case is subject to personal discussion and review.

 

d. A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the specific circumstances and at the company's discretion after a case evaluation.

 

e. Refund will be initiated within 30 days of the final decision taken by both parties mutually.

 

Cancellation Policy :

 

Details, information, and signatures are placed on page 6 of this agreement. a. If this agreement is cancelled by the candidate between the process time before Work Permit /visa approval then deposited advance is non refundable in any circumstances. b. If this agreement is cancelled by the candidate between the process time & Work Permit is approved & soft copy or hard copy is received then candidate is liable to pay full cost of services to be paid in India Rs 3,00,000/- for Europe, for gulf and others countries depend on the project and agency polices.

 

Termination Policy:

 

("Company A") has reserve right to terminate this agreement at any point of time as per the situation with clients/companies/vacancies/changes in rules etc & will refund the deposited amount within 30 days without any interest for Europe, for others within 2 weeks.

 

Force majeure:

 

a. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement, if such failure is the result of force majeure circumstances (force majeure), namely: floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters, military and other military, terrorist acts, and legally imposed restrictive measures, which were not known in advance, if these circumstances directly affected the execution of this Agreement. At the same time, the period for fulfilling obligations is extended by the period of force majeure circumstances. b. The Party referring to force majeure circumstances is obliged to notify the other Party in writing within three days of the beginning and end of force majeure circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement. c. In the event of force majeure circumstances, none of the Parties is entitled to demand from the other Party any compensation for its possible direct and (or) indirect damage, including P/L d. In the event that force majeure circumstances operate continuously for more than 3 (Three) months, the Parties have the right to terminate this Agreement by agreement of the parties or by unilateral extrajudicial refusal to execute the Agreement.

 

Final provisions:

 

a. The Parties undertake to inform each other of all changes in their legal addresses, bank details, and telephone numbers. b. Customer B does not object to the involvement of third parties by Company A in the performance of certain stages of the Agreement. c. This Agreement is made in two copies — one for each Party. Both copies have equal legal force. d. Any changes and additions to the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of the Parties.

Services Agreement - Part2

 Entire Agreement:

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed and officially signed this Agreement from both sides as of the date first written on the first page of the Agreement. I am submitting my genuine Documents towards the Filing & Documentation for Europe WP process, if any false documents is given then candidate will be responsible for rejection of WP or VISA & in this case deposited amount is non refundable.

 

SELF DECLARATION & CANDIDATE ACCEPTANCE I, Mahboob Rabbani, Director of Rabbani’s Placement & Education Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, hereby declare the following on behalf of our consultancy firm: Our Role & Responsibility: 1.We operate strictly as a Career Counselor and Job Advisory Service Provider. 2.We assist job seekers in: Exploring suitable job opportunities. Scheduling interviews and sharing relevant details (date, time, venue/platform). Coordinating document processing, visa support, and travel ticket assistance through authorized agencies. 3.We ensure the authenticity of information shared by employers/RA/Consultants etc and provide transparent support. 4.We take responsibility for: Maintaining record of all transactions and communications. Managing and forwarding interview details as received from third parties. Guiding in documentation and application filing. Payment safety & security Process legality etc.
