Accor – a leading hotel chain group in Poland, keeps recruiting highly motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our housekeeping team at one of our busy Hotels across the country to deliver a high-quality cleaning service to our guests and visitors.
Duties: You will be required to provide the necessary service to ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are clean and ready for guests’ arrival. Responsibilities include receiving clean laundry delivery, replenishing Laundry cupboards for House Keepers, and getting dirty laundry ready to be collected. This will involve heavy lifting and cleaning bathrooms, stairs,s and communal areas in the hotel. You will report to the housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team.
Previous experience working in the cleaning or housekeeping industry is essential, although full training will be given.
Requirements:
Appropriate experience working within the cleaning industry
Good level of fitness as this will involve heavy lifting
Good command of English
Be confident, friendly, and polite.
A good level of general health
Willing and able to work overtime when required.
Monthly salary: 4000-5000 PLN, (≈1000$-1100$)
Work schedule: 10-12h/shifts, 1h/break, 5-6 days/week on request.
Hostel-like accommodation provided by the employer. Walking distance from the workplace.

Here is step by step guide through the whole process:
The employment company will obtain a work invitation (for 1 year) on your name according to the open vacancy through the local Voivodeship Administration. Original documents will be shipped to you by courier service or you can receive it from our offices, franchise offices, branch offices. As soon as your visa is granted, you are ready to depart to Poland. Depending on the work type either an introduction or training will be carried out on arrival. After 3 months of continuous employment, you are eligible for the residence permit from 1 year up to 3 years.
Work visa package includes
1) invitation letter for work (1 year)
2) guarantee letter
3) employment agreement
4) accommodation confirmation
5) company registration details.
To support your application the employer will contact the consulate by email on the day of appointment requesting to favour your application & consequently grant the visa.

Employment requirements:
minimum 18 years of age
speak English at the basic level
clean criminal background

Part 3. 50k after receiving original work permit along with other papers received by courier.
Part 4. 50k after embassy or VFS appointment.
Part 5. 1L after visa stamping by the embassy or VFS.
After visa stamped your will get flight ticket from Delhi or any airport in India or in your country.
Total price: 2.5L INR
